In middle of the small pictoresque town of Nyord lies Nyordgård with its three thatched farm buildings. Over the last three years we have carefully restored the 250 year old houses and now we are renting it out as a holiday house. 

                             
Today the 170 m2 residential house has a new country kitchen, a large dining room with antique furnitures, a living room with fireplace and 5 bed rooms for a total of 10 persons (max. 6 adults). The house is equipped with digital TV with DVD, internet (Wi-Fi), dishwashing machine, washing machine and dryer. It is also possible to borrow biycles and a small rowboat. Nyord town is quite unique and free from extraneous cars. Nyord island and its meadows is located in the the Southern Danish Archipelago and has large nature protected areas with a birdlife of international importance. 100 meters from the house lies the island's charming port and within bicycle distance is Ulvshale with its magic forest and a nice sandy beach. The driving distance to Nyord City is 90 km from the Ferry Port of Roedby.

Rental Conditions

After you have filled out the contact form to the right and pressed the send key, we will as soon as possible send you a booking corfirmation and your booking number. Your next step is to pay the first rate of the rent, which is 25% of the total amount. When you have paid this first rate the booking is final. 8 weeks in advance from the start of booked week the second rate has to be paid. The second is the rest of the total rent. In addition you have to pay a deposit for heating and electricity costs. This deposit is  May-Sep 125 Euros kr. in Apr. and Oct. 200 Euros. and in Mar. and Nov. 275 Euros.  After the payment of second rate we send a key code, pratical detals for the use of the farm and a guide to the beautiful surroundings.

Remember to state your surname and booking number in the bank transaction.

If you cancel the booking there are no refund of the first rate. The secend rate will not be refunded if the cancellation is less than 8 weeks from the start of the booked week. If the second rate is not paid 8 weeks before the start of the booked week we are entitled cancel your booking without further notice and refund.
